Anishia Holman, LCSW
Anishia (she/her/hers)
Holds her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. She has spent the past ten years serving children, adolescents, adults and families in the therapeutic foster care setting, school setting (as a school counselor) and private practice setting. Anishia enjoys serving preteens, teens, and young adults and those impacted by cancer. Anishia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#7221) in the state of Tennessee. Anishia is also a member of the National Association of Social Workers and DBT certified.
Anishia emphasizes building rapport with clients to increase open communication from session one. She believes that her clients are the experts on themselves who benefit from collaboration to reach their full potential. She often says, “therapy is about the client’s growth and journey through different pathways; my role is to empower and support.” Anishia’s style includes talk therapy, art therapy, mindfulness practices and assigning therapeutic work. Anishia specializes in anxiety, behavior modification, bipolar disorders, Borderline Personality, depression, eating disorders & body image, stress management, and trauma informed approaches through CPT, TF-CBT and Brainspotting.
Outside of serving her clients, Anishia loves to spend time with her husband and three children. She enjoys traveling, painting, scrapbooking, exercising, watching sports and supporting women’s health initiatives.

Claire Bailey, LMSW, LSSW
Claire (she/her/hers)
Holds her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Claire is a Licensed Master of Social Work in the state of Tennessee, and she has spent the past 5 years working with children, adolescents, and families in the public school setting as a Licensed School Social Worker. Claire enjoys working with preteens, adolescents and adults as they navigate life changes, process difficult emotions, and explore their unique identities
Claire believes that all people ultimately want to be seen, heard, and understood, and focuses on creating a space in the therapeutic setting where individuals can fully open up in a safe, non-judgmental space. Claire’s style includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, talk therapy, learning and practicing positive coping and regulation skills together, along with assigning therapeutic work for clients to work on between sessions. Claire specializes in working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, stress management, depression, trauma, identity and self-discovery, emotion regulation, relationship distress, phase of life concerns and self-esteem.
Outside of Hope Pathway Therapy, Claire loves reading, writing, gardening, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.

Sheree Rucker-Grafton, LMsW
Sheree (she/her/hers)
Holds her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Studies from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. She has spent the past eight years serving children, adolescents, adults, and families in an intensive in-home setting, school setting, and private practice setting.
Sheree enjoys working with teens, adults, couples, and families. She carries a strong passion for helping those impacted and/or effected by Domestic Violence as the start of her career began in aiding survivors and their children to safety.
Sheree’s focus is helping her client’s get through life challenges. She takes pride in providing a space for her clients that allows them to be their full authentic selves in hopes to build trust, transparency, and overall autonomy. Sheree uses a multifaceted therapeutic approach as she believes that each individual is unique & diverse; so, their treatment should reflect their inimitable needs. She has a passion for bridging gaps across generations and repairing existing generational cycles. She has a strong belief that childhood experiences not only affect us as individuals, but also the relationships that we create with others. Sheree’s experience is wide ranged; from Domestic Violence and the effects of trauma to grief & loss, gender identity challenges, anxiety, depression, stress management, bullying, and marital challenges.
Outside of serving her clients, Sheree loves to spend time with her husband and three children traveling and having water fun. She enjoys writing poetry, coloring, watching reality tv, and being an active member in her sorority who supports varies initiatives across the world.

Clarissa Wells, LPC-MHSP (temp)
Clarissa (she/her/hers)
Holds her LPC-MHSP (temp) and M.Ed in School Counseling from Lincoln Memorial University. She has over nine years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in a therapeutic setting as a school counselor and in private practice. Clarissa’s ideal clients are children (Age 8+), teens, and young adults. Clarissa is also a member of the American Counseling Association.
Clarissa highlights the importance of providing a safe, non-judgmental space for her clients to come as they are. She believes in her clients' ability to obtain mental stability for themselves as it helps improve their quality of life. Clarissa focuses on her clients’ strengths and capabilities to embrace their paths on this journey. She enjoys the differences within her clients; therefore she uses an eclectic therapeutic approach to meet those specific needs. She utilizes traditional talk therapy, play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and brief-solution focused therapy to address the following: anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, social skills, stress management and trauma. Clarissa often practices mindfulness and coping strategies with her clients.
When she is not with clients, Clarissa works full-time as a school counselor in Nashville. She also spends her free time hiking or with family and friends. Clarissa enjoys reading, listening to music, being active, cooking, and photography.

Holds a Masters in Social Work from Tennessee State University. Tatyana is a Licensed Clincial Social Worker (TN #9718). She has over seven years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in the various settings. Tatyana enjoys serving adolescents, emerging/young adults. She is also a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
Tatyana takes pride in being a great listener and creating a safe space for her clients to lean into vulnerability, while they make sense of their lived experiences. Tatyana believes that all clients are the experts of their lives, and each client has their own unique perspective. She uses a client-centered and strengthen-based approach to support clients throughout the therapeutic process. This approach allows for open communication, focuses on strengths, and encourages clients to be the agent of change. She utilizes traditional talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, therapeutic homework, and brief solution focused therapy. Irene Saygaby, MA
Irene (she/her/hers)
As a first-generation college graduate and Nashville native, Irene is deeply committed to supporting individuals in her community through their healing journeys. She earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and holds her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University.
For the past three years, she has worked closely with at-risk youth, helping them navigate complex family dynamics, housing instability, various presenting problems, and experiences of elopement. These experiences have shaped her passion for working with both teens and adults as they face life transitions, process trauma, and build confidence in themselves.
Irene strives to create a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to show up as their authentic selves. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques to support holistic growth and self-understanding. I enjoy working with people in all walks of life, especially those navigating difficult transitions and seeking deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Outside of the therapy office, Irene enjoys reading, watching reality TV and my favorite shows, working out, spending quality time with family, and volunteering at her church.

Lauryn Cole, LMSW

Holds an Undergraduate degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology and Criminal Justice, and a Minor in Child and Family Studies. She also holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Lauryn is a Licensed Master Social Worker (#15417) in the state of Tennessee.
She has worked for the past six years with many different populations during moments of crisis like navigating disability, homelessness, trauma, abuse, suicidality, etc. She has a strong passion for working with people who have experienced emotional abuse and manipulation. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults as they navigate challenging life transitions, anxiety, stress management, trauma, relational issues, self-discovery, and self-esteem. Lauryn will meet you where you’re at, and believes that building a strong foundation in the therapeutic relationship will help to model relationships outside of it.
Lauryn is dedicated to helping you rediscover your voice and understand your needs, while guiding you to express them with clarity. Her goal is to support you in transforming your inner narrative—from guilt, shame, and self-doubt to one rooted in compassion, self-understanding, and confidence in your worth.
She integrates a strengths-based, trauma-informed, client-centered lens, while incorporating psychoeducation and skill building from evidenced-based interventions like CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Person-Centered and other modalities.

Jessica Mastrogiacomo, BS
Jess (she/her/hers)
Jess is a graduate student of the Social Work program at University of Tennessee. Jess has a passion for supporting individuals through life’s challenges. Her goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. She is committed to helping others build confidence while continuing to grow in her own journey in the mental health field.
Jess has gained experience working with young children, foster youth, and adolescents, providing compassionate support during times of hardship and trauma. She has advocated for their best interests while helping them navigate family challenges, develop healthy coping strategies, and build emotional regulation skills. Jess is passionate about continuing her work in the mental health field and is particularly interested in supporting individuals facing trauma, mood disorders, difficulties with emotional regulation, and challenges related to social skills and overall well-being.
Outside of learning and growing clinical skills, Jess enjoys outdoor adventures, traveling, shopping, cooking, and decorating. Her greatest joys in life are her children and spending quality time with family.

Clinical Intern
Jenna Stotts, BS
Jenna (she/her/hers)
Jenna is a graduate student pursuing her Master of Science in Social Work at the University of Tennessee, currently holding a Bachelor of Social Work also from UT. Her goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and empowering environment for clients to heal and grow. She has previous experience working with adults aged 18 and up focusing on setting goals, dealing with life stressors, and creating coping skills. She also has group-based experience through co-facilitating a personal narrative prompt-based interdisciplinary arts program for teenagers.
Jenna is passionate about continuing her education and work in the mental health field and believes in the importance of a collaborative therapeutic approach and using a strength-based perspective with clients. She has found through her past experiences that she enjoys working with adolescents and older adults as they navigate life changes and the stressors that come with that. She is especially interested in supporting those who have experienced trauma, live with anxiety and depression, and struggle with mood regulation.
In her free time Jenna can be found with her dog (Goose) reading a good book or enjoying a new show, spending time with family and friends, and trying new recipes.

Billing Specialist
Olivia Mabry
(she/her/hers)
Olivia comes to us with 11 years of experience in medical billing. Olivia is our liaison with BCBS and Aetna. Olivia assists in claims processing, coding and allocating remittance accurately. Olivia brings her expertise to Hope Pathway to improve collaborative billing with insurance panels.
She enjoys travel, spending time with family/friends, engaging in self-care hobbies (she has had an amazing body butter line), crafting, and riding ATVs.
